To Leadership in the Wake of Katrina

Realignment of Darkness

There has been a realigning of the forces of darkness. There is a re-marshaling of satanic troops, a shifting of his principalities. Some prince devils have been relocated through the events of Katrina. The things that were once held at bay by common spiritual practice and commitment must be shored up in this hour.

Marshaling the Children

I am calling my children up and into rank in this hour. I am marshaling my forces and the days ahead will be days of great conflict, a time of mourning, and a time of sorrow. How will you deal with the increase of spiritual pressure? How will you survive when you have only been getting by spiritually? This is a time of assessment, inventory, and repentance.

Finding Grace for the Place

In order to come into the place and the grace for the place I am calling you to stand you must be decisive. You must shake yourselves from the cobweb of apathy. “I’m to busy with life” will be a mentality of death. You must get unencumbered, soldier. You must get focused. Your spiritual life is not so much baggage to be carried. It is you divine destiny and purpose. You have skirted commitment and wholehearted dedication. Procrastination will be death.

Gird up the Mind

The seedbed of your mind must be controlled in this hour. Your thoughts are the foundation of victory or defeat. Therefore gird up the loins of your mind. For the fight is at hand. Yet, you are ordained to prevail and thrive in this time. How? First know that my dealings are for the removal of things that contaminate my purpose. Some of you have cried out from the crucible of correction you have whined and sighed but I have only been dealing with you as sons. I have handled you as “My owned ones”. I am building soldiers. The self indulgent, soulish, reactionary attitude of my leaders must be replaced with decisive principled lives. Spiritual principle must replace soulish reactions.

Weary Minds

You say I’ve gotten weary with all this. You have gotten weary in your minds because you haven’t bowed to my Spirit or to my correction. For the fruit of the Spirit is made plain. I defined the fruit so you could easily identify your walk. Those that walk after the flesh striving in life will always have barrenness and be frustrated in their spiritual journey. When will you receive and learn the ways of a spiritual man?

Removing the Shame

I HAVE PURPOSED TO REMOVE THE SHAME OF MY HOUSE. I will drive out those that make merchandise of my people and those that revel in the control of lives. For I have placed you as servant leaders among the people. Your compromise for your safety has caused my Church to sink into an apathy that stifles and steals the destiny of my people. The freedom that I have given you has been used for your own self indulgence. The blessings I have given you, have possessed you. You have failed in your stewardship because you took ownership. Shame, Shame, Shame. Repent!!!

Righteous Kingdom Alignment

Now you are mine. Come out of the belly of wicked rebellion. Take heart to my purpose. Your hands are able to do the work! Stand up spiritually and take your part. Move into covenantal relationship with those I have placed in your life. Move into a covenant of conviction and vision. Quit running randomly. I am mobilizing you with fresh direction. Come under authority. You say, “I don’t know where the authority is”. Yet you haven’t petitioned me to show you. My Kingdom is a Kingdom of authority. You will never fulfill your Kingdom mission apart from being under authority. “I’ve been hurt” or “I’ve been deceived by authority”, is the cry from some. No matter how right something is in my spirit. No matter how ordained a relationship may be, I have never suspended the “covenant of choice” I have given mankind. Choices must be made. It takes deliberate choice to come into covenant and choices must continue to be made in order to stay in covenant.

Tending Principal Relationships

Satan is constantly circling the camp of my relational covenant people to take advantage of breaches. When you quit tending principal Kingdom relationships and they fall prey to busyness, other priorities, or offenses you will find a desolation setting in and a vulnerability to attack. Tend to what I have given. Mend the breaches. Repair the wall of living stones. For only your lives brought together by my ordination and purpose, only your lives covenentally joined, only your lives properly submitted to my government, only then will you present the Church with a wall of protection and an offensive battalion of leadership. You have sat and waited for others to do but now you must lead. The former stratum of leadership is passing quickly. It is time for you to stand and take your place among and with your brethren.
