1. Low Symptomology (below 63 GSI) = + & High Spirituality (above 60.4) = + = Best initial case prognosis.

2. High Symptomology (above 63 GSI) = -- & High Spirituality (above 60.4) = + = 2^nd best initial case prognosis

3. Low Symptomology (below 63 GSI) = + & Low Spirituality (below 60.4) = -- = 3^rd best initial case prognosis.

4. High Symptomology (above 63 GSI) = -- & Low Spirituality (below 60.4) = -- = 4^th best initial case prognosis.
