CINDY FINCH (Owner / Director) - Cindy has owned and managed Gym USA & Childcare since 1980. With a background in competitive springboard and platform diving, she made the transition to coaching gymnastics in 1975. She has coached over 1000 children ranging from developmental toddlers to highly regarded competitive gymnasts. Cindy received her Childcare Director's license in 1995 and has been Director of the facility ever since. She is the mother of two daughters - Shelly and Kelsie.

TONY COOPER (Asst. Director / Camp Counselor) - Tony has been with Gym USA for 6 years. He has faithfully opened the Gym at 6:AM for the past 5 years, and works with the older children after school and during the summer. He is married to one of our gymnastics coaches - Cathy, and they have two daughters, Leah and Lauren. Tony is also a semi-pro softball player and stays busy with softball games on the weekends. He is a great coach and mentor and to all of the children.

TIFFANI WATTS (Pre-Kindergarten Teacher) - Tiffani has been with Gym USA for three years. She was originally hired for the summer only as our lifeguard and swim teacher, but with her great enthusiasm we are thrilled to keep her on staff year round as the Pre-K teacher. She is currently attending The University of Houston, where she is working on her elementary school teaching degree.

FRANCIS SAENZ (Preschool Teacher) - Ms. Saenz is an awesome addition to the team at Gym USA. Very patient with the children, she brings with her over twenty years experience in working with preschool children. Being bi-lingual, she is incorporating Spanish into her curriculum. Francis is the mother of a grown daughter.

CHITRA SILVA (Toddler Teacher) - Ms. Silva comes to us with an extensive background in childcare. With many years experience working as a teacher in both schools and daycares, we are thrilled to have her working with our two year olds.
